Got a flat tire today on my way home from work. Wright wasnt the first business I called but were the first to help me. Very fast and thorough. I can change a tire with the best of them but was worried about the neighborhood where I was at. 10 minutes to arrive, 5 minutes to do the work, and helped me get to the nearest ATM so I could pay properly. I've received excellent service from Wright's. Douglas is quick and efficient. He came right away, hooked up my vehicle and just like that I was out of a jam. His price was very reasonable, much less than another tower I had just used, and he's a nice guy. He gave me a ride home and I left my phone in his truck. Called several tow companies, one said they didn’t have drivers🤣, another stated that they were not in their truck🙄. I called another company named “Rescue” and got an answering machine👎🏽👎🏽. My brother was stranded on the Lodge and 7 mile so I had to keep searching….finally contacted someone at “Wrights’s Choice Towing and Recovery” and the ETA was under 10 minutes.
